Sound Healing and Polarity Therapy
Alexis Holland has been exploring different cultures of sound and how it applies to the healing of the human body for just over 4 years. From drum circles, Native American ceremonies, and the guidance of Elders within the deserts of Arizona, to working with sensory deprivation tanks in combination of her music, she has discovered the power of healing with vibration. Alexis went to the South West Institute of Healing Arts where she became certified in Polarity Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy, among many other modalities. It is there where she studied with John Beaulieu – the leading innovator of the clinical use of Tuning forks (learn more at biosonics.com) – in classes that combined Sound Therapy with Polarity Therapy.
