Gathering Details

HOUSA opens at noon on Thursday, July 20st, 2017 and closes at 11am on Monday, July 24th, 2017.

 

First Aid & Wellness:

IMG_2346Please stay hydrated – bring a water bottle!
You must take responsibility for your own wellness and if you have health issues that could require care during the event, including assistance moving around the site, please let us know at panthecary@gmail.com . This information is held with the utmost privacy.
Waiver & Payment:
 
You will be asked to sign a waiver and to provide us with contact info for a friend or family member, in case of emergency.
Your options for payment are Paypal, Wire Transfer, or Money Order. If you would like to make a donation to support others in attending HOUSA, please reach out to us at panthecary@gmail.com .
OnSite Communications:
Kiosks and Clipboards will be posted around the gathering site, with maps and schedules, and announcements will be made 20-30 minutes after the start of our meals. We will have a HOUSA office on site, and our Core Krewe are available to help.

Registration Refunds:
If there is a waiting list and we can pass your ticket onto someone, we will give you a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
As organizers of HangOut, USA, we reserve the right to refuse registration of any person, for any reason.  We also reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the gathering who is actively causing disruption, damage, potential danger, or any other inappropriate or negative impact on the people, the land, or the instruments at our gathering. If you are asked to leave, there will be no refund.

Please do not bring your pets!!

We will form a waiting list after 100 tickets have been reserved.
